While looking at the preferences I noticed one in VST-Plug-ins section called “Synchronize Plug-in Program Selection to Track Selection” (see attached). Clicking on the help button it turns out that that option is not included in the documentation. Does anyone know what this does?
I think this is that “Synergy” feature that is discussed on the “what’s new” video where, in some instruments that support it (like HALion series VSTis), when you select a MIDI track in Cubase, it automatically selects the connected program slot in the instrument (and vice/versa?).
