Uninstall elements 7 ? with elements 8 on the computer

Hi

I downloaded in the summer 2015, Cubase elements 8 however Cubase elements 7 remains on the computer . Should I be removing elements 7 at this point or will it mess up the elements 8 if I do remove it ?
