Uninstall old cubase versions not showing in SAM

Hi, I have to sell my old desktop PC (name: GRAFICA) , in which I have Cubase11 and 12 working; but in activation manager they are not visible in the list (see attachments), nor in my online profile (Product page), so I can’t deactivate them.
I have a new notebook (name: ANTONB) with Cubase 13, and this is the only PC with activated license.
Can I uninstall everything from the old PC?
Is there a tool to completely clean Steinberg and related files? (I can’t format, I have to leave other sw on the PC I’m selling).
Thank you very much!

Go to your “my steinberg” and revoke there the activation for that computer if you wish. Cubase 12 are using the Cubase 13 license, and cubase 11 only works with elicenser ( a total different system).

logged in from the old pc, mysteinberg says:
“Please choose the unavailable computer and click on Deactivate to deactivate all products. To deactivate licenses on available systems, use Steinberg Activation Manager.”
However, in mysteinberg I only see the new notebook (ANTONB);
the desktop (GRAFICA) does not appear at all;
and in “Activation Manager”, on GRAFICA, I do not see any activated products, while Cubase 12 is installed and working…
I just want to be sure to maintain the number of installations for the next desktop pc that I am about to buy.

Since you can only see your new machine on “mysteinberg” I would say you’re good to uninstall everything on your old machine and worry no more.
C11 is on different licensing system also.

For Cubase 11 you will need your dongle plugged in and the “eLicenser Control Center” application on the computer.
