Hi I am running Halion 5.1 64 bit in Windows 10 64bit and was having trouble installing the latest update 5.1.1 so I tried to uninstall/reinstall the program from Programs (via Control Panel) only to get the error message “The specified account already exists.” The installer then just rolls back. Can anyone help - What is the message on about?
Quick update - it was seemingly a Windows 10 issue as I rebooted and tried again. Problem solved.
