Unison double stopping

Not sure if that’s the right technical term.

Anyway, is there a way of reproducing what the composer wrote in this manuscript? It’s a violin part and the player should play the open D string double stopped with a finger on the G string.

If not, I guess the workaround is to use 2 voices as here

…but I wonder of there’s a way of making it look like the composer wrote it? It would help if there was a notehead style, for instance.

If you press Q while input mode is activated, this puts you in chord-input mode. Input the first D (notice the caret stays in place) then enter the second one. If not using a MIDI keyboard, the second D will appear an octave above, then just bring it down with Command(or ctrl)+Alt+Down-Arrow

Of course!
Obvious really, thanks!
