Unknown error installing Steinberg library. The libraries aren’t installing even when you go to the executable file; it’s giving this error

Just as an aside you might want to take a look at the Snipping Tool that comes with Windows. It produces screen-grabs that are much easier to see & simpler to use than photographs are.
There’s a tiny red triangle at the top right of the manager window - it usually tells you what issues may exist.
Sample banks are not being saved to the folder and are not being recognized by the library. What should I do?
Unfortunately, that is not really more specific. Therefor, I can only guess what the issue is.
