Hi! I just want to know if the UNMIX feature in SL 7 functions in SL PRO 9.

By the way, is there a trial version for this?

The unmix feature is of course still present, and has been enhanced in various ways since SpectraLayers 7. You can see the current main features and download the trial version from here:
