This is only a language pack – to use it, you must have the original programme. Unfortunately, the manufacturer did not provide a Polish language version, which is a major barrier for many people who want to learn how to use this programme.
I am not stealing or pirating Dorico in any way. I have repeatedly informed Steinberg employees about this unofficial Polish version. This package is not sold anywhere either. It has been in development since Dorico 1.0.
So, apparently, Steinberg has never made legal objections since then? In that case: nice work. I’m sure you’ll make some Polish-speaking people happy.
If someone helps you increase your market share, creates materials for you and promotes your programme, do you threaten them with lawyers?
You know yourself that it is only thanks to enthusiasts that some programmes gain popularity. Such people should be helped, especially since this is not a commercial activity.
