Looking at what processor you have I would think the m/b should support win 11. I know mine does.
ASUS Rog strix z390 gaming using the same cpu as you. It probably because you don’t have tpm enabled in the bios. It’s wasn’t enabled as default on mine so I had to enable it in bios. You can of course bypass all that. I have a test pc that doesn’t meet any of the requirements but I’ve got win 11 on it and it still updates.

I actually was tempted to test my conspiracy today - to reset my system time to last year and see if 10 runs stable again. Sadly this messes with plugin license timestamps so The whole thing lights up like a Christmas tree on crack when you try to start Cubase
