This was imported from a MIDI file, but I’m not sure exactly what is causing the issue. The initial quantization was obviously fine.
What is the issue?
Sorry, I thought the gif was clear. The result of the requantise gives small subdivision values that are not allowed by the quantize unit selected.
Sorry, I just noticed that you need to check the “fill gaps” checkbox if you also want the ENDs quantized. It’s somewhat not intuitive. 
Must have unchecked that by mistake.
