Unstandard beaming problem

I’ve attached a scan of a pencil score I’m setting in Dorico. This is one measure of a harp part. I set it with all the notes in one voice and then marked all the lower notes shown and dropped them to the lower staff with M. So far so good. Usually the purpose of that is to put the beam in the middle, i.e. between staves.

However, is there a way to make the entire thing upstem as shown in the original? I wouldn’t normally do that, but there is an aesthetic reason to want that in this bar. I can flatten and raise or lower the beams in Engrave Mode, but I’d like to see it all upstem in this one instance. How can I do that?

Right-click on the first note in a beam group, and choose Stem > Force Stem Up.

You could also Ctrl/Cmd+click multiple notes…..or even just select all of the notes (even the ones which already have up stems) and force them up.

Absolutely correct. How could I have missed that?
Thoughts about forests and trees enter my mind.
Problem solved. Thanks!
