Unwanted cautionary accidentals

Hi all

I keep getting stuff like this with chromatic chords (this is piano LH);

the second and fourth chords have redundant cautionary accidentals on the e. Cautionaries are all off by default.

Regardless of the settings, this isn’t a place where you’d need a cautionary - e in both hands in the bar before are all natural, the only e in the RH in this bar is also natural. No key signature. It makes no difference if I alt-click the second chord into existence, play it in with MIDI, write it in with the MIDI keyboard in chord mode, or type it in in chord mode.

Any clues?

nope, all natural

[EDIT so the culprit is partially the setting to show cautionary accidentals with augmented or diminished intervals - which I’d overlooked.

But now there’s a different issue. If that was a setting that I actually wanted, why on the second chord, not the first?]
