Tonight, I imported a couple of wavs in to Nuendo 4…and automatically they were timestretched to the tempo of 128bpm, this is what the project tempo was set to, but the samples were slower or had no tempo at all. I do not remember setting Nuendo to timestretch wave files on import. Can you please tell me how to resolve this issue?
Are you sure it wasn’t a sample rate mis-match that caused this?

Check the pool which files are in “musical mode”.
