Update 2.2.10 gone completely weird?

I recently downloaded version 2.2.10. Before this download, Dorico was working ok, apart from issues with sound. Now my files created on the older version won’t open and the attached screenshot shows what happens when I try to create a new file. The time signatures tab is completely unintelligible and I can’t input any notes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but it’s not doing anything. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Have you restarted your computer since updating? I’m going to assume not…

I do think it would be helpful if there were a YOU MUST RESTART YOUR COMPUTER FOR ALL CHANGES TO TAKE EFFECT message at the end of the update. It would help alleviate many of these issues…

I think there is. It’s just not one of those forceful “your computer will be restarted in 30 seconds” messages.
