Update CUBASE 5 to 8.5 USB-eLicenser

I have the version of Cubase 5 with USB-eLicenser , if you update from version 5 to 8.5 the eLicenser will be the same or need to update something ?

Hi! No, the USB-eLicenser can stay the same. The license on it will be upgraded and you can then work with both Cubase 5 and Cubase Pro 8.5 using the same USB-eLicenser.
