Hi I am trying to update Cubase 6.5.3 to 6.5.5 and everytime I try I get the message “setup has stopped working Windows is checking for a solution” which apparently it fails to do
In the event log I get:

I have sent this to Steinberg support twice but have received no answer in over a month so I thought I might try here.
