Update from Cabse 8 AI to Cubase Elements 10

Hello, everyone! I just wanted to ask if I could upgrade from Cubase AI 8 to Cubase Elements 10.

I already have a licence for free from a product I bought (for Cubase 8 AI) and when I launch the program, I get a pop-up message that it says I can update to Cubace Elements 10 (by paying of course). Can I really do it or do I have to buy a new licence code for Cubase Elements 10 separately?

Now, why would it say “you can”, if you can not…?
In any case, all you have to do is go to the Steinberg page, and look it up on the Steinberg shop. Certainly there is even a link in the message somewhere?
