Is it possible to get the update price for Nuendo Live 3 if I have a USB licenser for Nuendo Live 1? If so how? The update payment window doesn’t accept the USB licenser serial number as a “coupon”.
You don’t need to enter your current serial number when purchasing an update. Information about your current license should be present in your MySteinberg account and will be checked when redeeming the code for the update that you receive after the purchase. So, just select “Update from Nuendo Live” on the shop page and leave the coupon filed empty (except you have some additional gift voucher).
If your current license of Nuendo Live is not listed in your MySteinberg account, you might need to contact Steinberg support first.
