One workflow issue I run into with Cubase often is that, if I select an audio/MIDI/instrument/etc lane in the main view while the lower zone is closed, and then open the lower zone, the newly selected lane is usually not in view in the lower zone.
Compare this with selecting a lane when the lower zone is open; the scrollbar of the lower zone will update helpfully right to wherever the selected lane is.
Fixing this would be especially helpful imo, as I find it pretty difficult to navigate the lower zone directly, so I never do it. Keeping the user’s focus synchronized across zones would be a welcome quality of life improvement.
