Update purchase problem

When entering my payment adress, I’m stuck at this page with a strange error message.

Our colleagues at AskNet are working on this problem at the moment. It only affects the German language version of the web site, so for the time being, try switching to English.

I was led astray briefly at this stage, since the LOG ON button sat directly beneath a Coupon Code entry box, and I initially thought one only would click the button if one had a coupon code to enter.

Once the entry page told me that an account already existed, I clicked the LOG ON button and proceeded normally.
