Update Score with Tempo Track and CC1 dynamics

How can I add the tempo track information (and also the CC1 dynamics…) to the Score in Cubase and have them update as I go along? A simple question, but I’ve spent ages searching and can’t find an answer.

Also - while I’m here - is there a way to move or copy a selection of bars including all of its tempo track information? Or to insert additional bars in the middle of a piece without disrupting the tempo that’s been set for the remainder of the piece?

Hi,

You cannot show the MIDI CC values in the Score Editor.

Set the Left & Right Locators, where do you want to insert the new section and go for Edit > Range > Insert Silence.

Thank you Martin - I didn’t know that insert silence would preserve the tempo track alignment with later sections - that’s really helpful. Is there a way to move sections and preserve their tempo information?

Is it possible to show the tempo changes from the tempo track into the score?

You can use the Range tool and select the Tempo events with the section.

Thanks again martin. Sorry, but not sure what you mean by “select the Tempo events with the section”. Is there a way to do that? I couldn’t find it.
