Update to 15 Pro - settings seem to be partially missing

Hi

I’ve just updated from Cubase 13 Pro to 15 Pro. A lot of new features and implementations to work through but, from the start, I noticed an issue. The most recent project in my Recent Projects list in the hub was last opened in May. The history of projects opened since then seems to have disappeared (and I have opened MANY.)

I’ve also noticed that my MIDI Remote mappings are broken, as well as my audio system/control room configuration (for example, the headphone out and related plugins that I had setup in Control Room are gone.)

It’s like my system has jump back 6 months! Any ideas?

OK, I think i have it figured out. I trialled Cubase 14 in May, but didn’t buy it.

I think what’s happened is the Cubase 15 installer imported the preferences from the Cubase 14 trial (which I didn’t delete.)

How do I get Cubase 15 to bring in my Cubase 13 settings having now already installed? I see all my recent settings, including custom track colouring and ket commands are missing.

I also notice that the system is NOTABLY quieter, but not sure why that would be.

Uninstalled C15, deleted C15 and C14 prefs folders, reinstalled C13. Settings seem to be all restored. EXCEPT my track colours?
