updates and re-installations

Hello there,

Back in 2015, I bought Cubase 8 Pro. Since than bought and downloaded every update, and now using version 9.5.21.
My question is: If I plan to reinstall Cubase, do I have to install the original CDs and All updates through to 9.5.21 ?
If so, is there a way to convert/buy some kind of a “SuperPatcher” ? so, i only have to install the original CDs and one update.
Is it possible ?

Another question: is it possible to have a backup usb license dongle ?

All you have to do is download the full installer. It includes all of the content, and it will optionally automatically download and install the latest update if you’re connected to the internet.

You can buy a second USB eLicenser and use it to activate Steinberg Zero Downtime if you lose or break yours:

This will allow you to continue working as if nothing had happened.

I recently purchased Wavelab and it came with the new smaller dongle. I want to transfer my licenses to this dongle, do I need to do anything special to register this dongle or is it automatic when I add my licenses?

Just drag and drop the licenses into your new eLicenser and click Register at the top of the eLicenser Control Center.
