Updating licensed Cubase LE 9.5 and Wavelab LE 9.5 to versions 11?

I want to update my Cubase LE AI 9.5 (Licensed) to version 11 which I installed through the download assistant but I am not able to activate it through the eLCC/MySteinberg account. How can I fix that?

You can even update to the latet Cubase AI 13. Plase get in contact with you local Steinberg support and ask for the update code.

The only contact listed in Steinberg support in my country (India) is Yamaha Music India Pvt. Ltd. with contact number, website and address.
