Updating to 11.0.10 wiped all my licenses out

After updating it wiped all my licenses out and I cannot restore them any help?

Are you referring to the Elicenser?

  • Did you run the Maintenance routine?
  • Is the dongle actually plugged in?

If not, can you specify very specifically? :slight_smile:

For sum reason during the update my usb liscenser disconnected… not sure why but allset now thank you
