Updating to 7.01 resulted in one component (synsopos.exe) not being installed due to the firewall (G-data) protection. I had to reinstall 7, shut the firewall down, and reinstall 7.01. No problem, but it takes about half an hour. I hope I have corrupted my computer with the synsopos.exe
