Whilst I realise there’s no such thing as “the best”, I’m looking for opinions on upgrading my current motherboard and CPU which you can see in my signature.
What sort of boost in power, a lot, some, a little, would I be looking at if my i7 5930K 6 core @4.6GHz was replaced with, say, one of the current top range 10 core i9 CPUs OC’d to 5GHz + and a matching mobo (what kind)?
BTW, where is my signature?? I’ve been on these boards since 2002 and have to go through this rigmarole, again, to figure out how everything works…
