I recently upgraded from Cubase 11pro to 13pro
I’ve attempted (for 3 hours) to verify pending license.
I believe I found the anomaly. In mysteinberg it notates cubase 11 (upgraded to cubase 12) when in fact I upgrade to 13. What the hell? Any thoughts as to the discrepancy?

Your licenser key is connected to the computer? You need this for the first time, to run activation from the older system (elicenser) to the new one.
