Hello. After purchasing the license to upgrade Cubase 14 Pro to Cubase 15 Pro, I can’t find the update, even with the download assistant.
I’m not sure what you mean with you can’t find the update. The screenshot shows the list of products in your profile and there is Cubase Pro 15 clearly visible.
What do you see when you are in the Download Assistant?
There is a group on the left side labelled Cubase Pro 15 under “My Products” and when you click that you see the downloads on the right hand side.
If you don’t see Cubase 15 under “My Products” like @JuergenP described please check if you are logged in with the correct credentials/account.
