Upgrade Cubase 7 From Cubase LE6

Hi,
I’ve been running Cubase LE 6.0.07 Build 364 (32 bit) - Built on mar 13
2012 on the Mac OSX Version 10.9.5 I have eLicenser Control Center
(Version eLC 6.5.4.118)

I Bought the Cubase Elements 7 Update from Cubase Elements 6 on november
17th whit the order number 211874547

At the moment I activate the product from the eLicenser Control, its not
posible. I have the next message

“In this moment, there is not an available license that could upgrade,
please connect to your PC USB.eLicenser so it could upgrade”

as you mentioned below:

You own a Cubase LE 6.

You bought a Cubase Elements 6 to Cubase Elements 7 update. This means you need a Cubase Elements 6 license.

These are 2 different products… Cubase Elements and Cubase LE.

You need to purchase the Cubase LE 6 upgrade to Cubase Elements 7.
