bonjour. i bought yesterday the upgrade cubase LE/AI element 8. actualy i have cubase LE/AI element 7.
when i try to activate the cubase 8, the eLicenser open and ask me that there’s no product to upgrade… 
would please help me … thanx …with simple words because I’m french

I would suggest contacting your local Steinberg support so they can help you directly with the licensing. Go to your MySteinberg account and choose My Support, then fill out a support request. Please be sure to include your current Soft eLicense number from the eLicense Control Center, your original LE/AI/Elements 7 activation code (starts with 0240), and your upgrade activation code (starts with 0240).
