Upgrade failed - need to be contacted asap

This is driving me crazy.

I upgraded to pr from artist 8. The Dl failed for some reason. Now I cant find the link to download again.
I have the email reciept and confirmation number but no link if dl fails.

There is zero support. The link to support in my country falls flat. no response.

Have you run the activation already?..obviously it doesn’t become one of your products until after activation as you could be buying for someone else or choose to sell it before activation.
