Upgrade from 6.5 to 7.0

My apologies because this has been probably answered before but the search feature on this forum is a bit unintuitive.

I just got my copy of the Cubase 7.0 upgrade and I will be upgrading from version 6.5.3.
If I install 7.0, will it keep the 6.5.3 version?

Yes, Cubase 7 will install in a separate folder, and they will co-exist just fine.
