[Guy_Giroux]

Hi

I want to upgrade to the latest version possible

I have AI 9 version 9.0.40

I know there is a sale on right now

But I was told I could get free upgrade/update

How?

Thanks

Hi Guy,
I can only repeat what I’ve already said in your previous thread

I can record but I cannot hear the playback

Yes, that’s no problem. Updates for AI are free of charge so technically speaking it’s an upgrade from AI 15 to Elements 15. You can get your free AI 15 update by asking Ed or Matthias in this thread BTW, I’m based in Germany. The upgrade price (29,99 Euro) from AI to Elements 15 is the same in France. Go for it!

Again, please, post your request in this thread and ask for an update:

Cubase LE and AI to Modern Cubase license update

Hi! Nice to meet all of you. I would like to ask question how to update Cubase AI 11 to Cubase AI 12. I have got registered Cubase AI 11 (bought it with steinberg ur22 mkii) - it works well. But for Cubase AI 12 I need new activation code. In download assistant list in “my products” I can see only Cubase AI 11. How and when can I receive activation code for Cubase AI 12?

Make sure to buy the upgrade first if you don’t want to miss out on the sales. The update to AI 15 might take a couple of days but you’ll surely get it.
