I bought the upgrade from cubase artist 12 to cubase pro 12, but can’t manage to switch from one to the other. The elicenser software does not work, can’t activate anything because it’s not the latest version (I am asked to download the latest version, and I did about hundred times). My licenses do not appear on the software, and I had to install and reinstall cubase pro 12 but each time without success, it is always cubase artist that appears. According to Cubase Download Assistant, Pro 12 is installed, but I still only have access to Artist 12.
