Hi I’m on C13 pro ,using trial version of C14pro .I would like to keep C13 pro and upgrade to C14pro .Do I have to desactivate C14pro trial version before purchase it and download everything again? Thank you very much
No, you can just go ahead with the purchase. As far as I know there should be no further need to download anything, unless you want to add some of the additional content that comes with Cubase and that you might have skipped for your trial run.
After purchasing a Cubase 14 license the trial license will probably remain visible in your Steinberg Activation Manager. That’s ok, it just means you cannot run the trial license again, but since you’ll have a full license you don’t need to care.
