Upgrade from Cubase AI 10 to Cubase AI 12

Hello everybody,
I have read about a free update to Cubase AI 12 from older versions, with an email sent by Steinberg. I own Cubase AI 10, but did not get any email.
I wonder if it is still possible to update my Cubase AI 10, for free or for a fee.
