Hi there im new here and new also to cubase
yesterday i did upgrade from cubase Le to cubase element
i receive my acces code to my email,but when i type my code in the
Steinberg Download Assistant,i get an error saying:
i do have the code to the upgrade but i dont have the licence for cubase-
element.
so i really dont know what to do

the message say (you have entered an acces-code to the upgrade product
but you dont own a licence for this product.
wich is cubase element 14
That sounds like you bought the wrong product.
You need the Upgrade from Cubase LE to Cubase Elements.
If you contact the Steinberg Shop they will help you correct this.

Can you screenshot the activation manager and the receipt for the purchase showing what the upgrade was. Blank out any personal details or codes.
It does sound like you bought an update for elements instead of the upgrade

No…your email shows you bought the one above it. From AI not from LE.
You can apply for a refund on the link Steve posted earlier and then buy the correct upgrade
Also it looks like your screenshot is showing your activation code, you should probably delete that image.
