Upgrade from SE5 to Elements 5 does not work

I followed all directions, even installing all of the downloads manually. I do not see Elements 5 on my computer anywhere (Mac). When I open Dorico 5 it is still SE5. I just spent $120 to do this. Not happy.

Elements, SE, and Pro are all the same application. The license determines which one to open. Check the Steinberg Activation Manager and activate your Elements.

Richard, I’ve removed your Dorico SE license from your Steinberg ID account. Run Steinberg Activation Manager and click “refresh” in the top right-hand corner. You should see only your Dorico Elements license remaining: click Activate if necessary. Now when you run Dorico, it will always run as Elements.

Thanks for responding. Yes I sorted it out. I’ve got elements now with engrave mode and I can customize my playback settings. Awesome program. I love it.
