Hi everyone
I brought Cubase Elements 9 Full Version last year, then I tried to upgrade to Cubase 9.5 few weeks ago.
I received USB but I totally don’t know how to activate the 9.5
The eLicenser Control Center keeps saying I do not have a right activation code
What I think is that the system does not recognise I have Element 9 last year that is why it does not allow me to “upgrade”
And I tried to reactivate the Element 9 into my MySteinberg profile, it just keep saying the code has been used and the code has despatched 
Both Element 9.5 (updated from download assistant) & Cubase 9 can not be opened and I do not have a clue how to kick off the activation exercises.
Much appreciate if you can give me advice to break the ice lol
