I purchased an upgrade from Cubase 10.5 to 11, but in the Steinberg Download Assistant, I downloaded and installed Cubase 11 instead of the Upgrade from 10.5 to 11. Now all my licenses are inoperative. Please advise on how to fix this.

The installer is license independent. You can install from the upgrade or you can install the full installer.
The license is probably not visible, because of Steinberg servers overload. Many threads here on the forum about it. Some users are already thru and the licences are back.
