Upgrade path from Version 4.0.1

Hi,
I am still running Ai version 4.0.1 and was wondering if someone can tell me what upgrade path there is for this version?

Reason being that I am looking to upgrade my set up to a new PC and want to use windows 8 with Ai if possible.

Can I upgrade to the latest version from version 4?

According to this you can upgrade to Cubase 7 or Cubase Artist 7 with a discount.
