The website gives the price from SL10/11 but no price from 12?
Should be substantially cheaper for those of us who upgrade every time, £107 (UKP) is a bit steep

Thanks Juergen, I wasn’t able to find that
72€ Pro 11 to Pro 12. A significant price increase. But just bought it anyways ![]()
… and everybody got 25% off but a loyal customers,
I feel a little taken for a ride. The announcement on the forum mentions a 20% discount. But I just found out—thanks to Konrath’s post—that there’s a 25% discount coupon linked to my account. Why isn’t this communicated properly? I could have saved another 25%. I’m going to cancel the purchase—what a rip-off. There wasn’t a word about it in the two emails from Steinberg announcing the sale either. I’m not going to be constantly checking my account just to find out stuff like this.
And yet for some reason, I only have a 10% off coupon and I’ve been a loyal customer of SLPro since version 9…
Where is this this 25% voucher , can you help please?
I bought the upgrade for full price
but somethings gone wrong, no activation code or email from Berg
has anyone found the discount voucher (10% or 25%)?
How can i cancel the purchase?
Please elaborate on how you see that.
Me too. ![]()
I found the 25% voucher in My Steinberg today. 25% because I’m a loyal WaveLab customer. It expires July 5.
A pity I didn’t know that yesterday when I upgraded.
Another 25% on top of 20%?
This thread gets funnier by the hour!
The 25% off codes are invalid (well, mine is)
The only voucher I have (as a SL owner since V10 thru 12) is for Tonalic.
Yes and also confirmed from the support. The 25% voucher is only for a new purchase.
Usually, I would have upgraded immediately. But seeing, that my voucher is invalid, because I’m a loyal customer makes me feel such disappointed…
You are not alone disappointed!

But this isn’t the first time—even though I have to admit I initially complained here and only then actually read properly the post—that Steinberg has been handing out discount coupons in a way that makes little sense. Nor is this the first discussion here about it. Especially if you already own the software. What good is a voucher for another full version to me then? Who does something like that?
Okay, don’t look a gift horse in the mouth, but a little more targeted approach wouldn’t hurt.
Some people even give the vouchers away, which is apparently possible
Spectralayers Pro 13 is $360. For a new user, a 25% discount takes that to $270. A loyal user of SL12 pays $90 to move to ver13. Am I missing something in the math as to why a 25% discount off $360 is somehow better than $90 for the loyal user?
