Upgrade pricing?

Hello everyone, my first post.

I have a Cubse Ai 8 the came with our Yamaha TF5. When I create a new project it often offers an upgrade to Elements 8 for $49. But when I click on the links there in no $49 price anywhere to be found? Does that offer not a apply to my version of Cubase?

When you click to this upgrade offer, you are redirect end to the Steinberg web page. I expect, you should get this offer when you are logged in with your MySteinberg username, if your Cubase AI is registered in your MySteinberg account already.
