I just purchased an installer code to upgrade from Cubase AI 13 to Elements 15 but it looks like it just installed AI 15 on my computer. Are there extra steps to upgrade to Elements 15 or maybe I made a mistake somewhere? Thanks.
Did you enter the Download Access Code in the Steinberg Download Assistant? Was it accepted?
Is Elements 15 activated in the Steinberg Activation Manager?

Yes and it was accepted. No I forgot to but I did just now and it seems to be running Elements 15 just fine now. One small but very crucial step I overlooked. Thanks!
