Upgrade to Pro not accessible in download manager

Hi again,

I just bought an upgrade license from VST Live “Elements” to “Pro” Version.
When entering the license code into the “download assistant” it tells me that my new product “VST Live Pro Upgrade” should now be available in the “my product downloads” section.
But there is none named like this.

Where can I find the upgrade ?

Just start your already installed VST Live app and you should be fine.
