Upgrade WAVELAB 11 in a wrong account

I recently upgrade a WL11 elements to Pro, but, the licensing goes to an another account (I have 2 accounts)… Can I move to the correct account? Please help.

I believe this would be something only official Steinberg support could help you with. This is primarily a “users helping users” forum. Have you filed a support request through (one of) your MySteinberg account(s)?
