Upgraded from 5.5 to 8, cannot open 5.5 because of license

Hi guys … I set up a dual boot on my PC, installing Cubase 8 on one operating system and leaving Cubase 5.5 on the other. But now after registering Cubase 8 with my elicense dongle, I cannot open 5.5. it says ‘no valid license for this application’.

On the partition with C5.5, have you updated to the latest eLCC? Of course, the old version of eLCC that existed with C5 has no idea what a Cubase 8 license is.
