Upgraded to 6.5 from 6, but no activation code!?!?

Hi there,

I own Cubase 6 and I bought the upgrade to 6.5 a week ago. I was redirected to asknet and I completed the transaction with paypal. I got the download link, I downloaded and installed. However, I havent got any email with the activation code so now I am in the trial mode of 6.5!!! What should I do? I emailed asknet but noone replied within 2 last days. Any thoughts?

The code should be on your Steinberg account info, it’s stored there. Sign in, copy the code, open your elicenser control center and hit the green button ‘Enter Activation Code’. Paste your code there and you’re good to go.
