Upgraded to 6 - No VST Sounds or Presets

I just upgraded from 5.5 to 6, and there seem to be no presets for any VST’s. If I go to the mediabay, and choose the “VST Sounds” folder, nothing is listed.

I have other folders with sound libraries that were purchased separately, and those show up just fine.

Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

Cubase 6 | Vista32 | Q6600 Quad 2.4 | 3GB RAM | 24" + 19" LCD’s | Logitech G15 Keyboard | Groove Agent 3.0.2 | JamStix 3 | 4Front TruePianos 1.9| Amplitude Duo | T-Racks3 | Edirol UR-80 | M-Audio Prokeys 88 | Oberheim Matrix6R | Roland JX8P | Korg MonoPoly | Yamaha RY30 | Yamaha PSR 640 | Ensoniq Mirage | Shure KSM32 | 1979 Kramer DMZ6000B Bass | 1969 Guild Freshman | Greg Bennett Strat Copy | piles of other stuff that sometimes gets used

Have you searched for preset files in explorer and cheched that the corresponding folders are included in the “File system”-tree in mediabay?

There was a previous thread about this. Some kind of Media Bay update process. I can’t remember but it fixed the problem for me. Try a search.
